The accused had been identified as Anuradha Kapoor (43) and her mother, Molly Kapoor (65). Anuradha did an MBA from London and worked as a consultant with a Delhi-based firm. However, she left the job after planning the con job. Along with her mother, she forged all relevant papers, including the sale deed, before putting the house on sale for the first time in 2014.
