Day temperature in Delhi rises by three notches

The day temperature in Delhi settled at 38.7 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average. The minimum temperature was recorded at 20.0 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year, a Met said. The Met office has forecast partly cloudy skies along with the possibility of dust storm & thunderstorm towards afternoon and evening on Thursday.
