New tower to take you to ‘top’ of Delhi?

While the observatory deck at Signature Bridge is being readied to give a 360 degree panoramic view from a height of about 150 metre, Delhi government is exploring the possibility of constructing another tower parallel to the existing structure with high speed lifts to take tourists to the top.
