Tenants in Delhi can get power subsidy: Kejriwal

In a major outreach to lakhs of tenants in the capital, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday announced that they can now avail free electricity up to 200 units and 50% subsidy on 200 to 400 units being provided by the AAP government to all domestic power consumers. They will be allowed to install prepaid meters — without having to get an NOC from the landlord — after depositing a nominal fee.
