15-year-old molested by neighbour in SE Delhi

A 15-year old girl was forcefully taken to an empty flat and sexually assaulted by her neighbor. The accused, who is a juvenile, has been apprehended and sent to an observation home. In her complaint, the survivor alleged that the accused drugged and assaulted her.
