Recounting her ordeal on the night of Sunday, January 5, JNU Students’ Union president Aishe Ghosh remembered how she was beaten with iron rods by 20 men, who left a deep gash on her head. At a press conference called to rebut the Delhi Police’s identification of nine JNU students as those involving in violence, Ghosh accused the cops of being hand-in-glove with ABVP, the RSS-affiliated student organisation.
