लापरवाही, वोटर ID में लगा दी कुत्ते की तस्वीर

प्रशासनिक लापरवाही की वजह से एक व्यक्ति को अपने वोटर आईडी कार्ड में उसकी जगह कुत्ते की तस्वीर लगी मिली। इस बात से नाराज उसने बीडीओ ऑफिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है
