Delhi: Buses to run at full capacity till Nov 30

Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) and Cluster Scheme buses, which were allowed to run at full seating capacity by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on a trial basis till November 8, have now got an extension to continue operating at full seating capacity till November 30.
