Delhi: At 14.4°C, highest min temp in Jan in 4 yrs

Just a week after the mercury dipped to 1.1 degrees Celsius on the first day of the year, the city recorded its highest minimum temperature in the last four years at 14.4 degrees Celsius. This was seven notches above normal, according to Met department.
