Temperature to dip further in Delhi, predicts IMD

With cold winds blowing from the western Himalayan region, which has received fresh snowfall, the temperature has started dipping in the capital. The maximum temperature recorded on Monday was 17.5 degrees Celsius, three notches below the normal, at Safdarjung, which is the city’s base station.
