At 2,790, Delhi's highest 1-day Covid tally in 3 months

The daily tally of Covid-19 cases crossed the 2,000-mark in Delhi on Thursday with 2,790 more persons testing positive for the viral infection in 24 hours. This is the highest single-day tally in over three months. Earlier, on December 8, the national capital had recorded 3,188 new cases in a single day.
