Centre-Delhi 'services' row: Hearing after Diwali

The Aam Aadmi Party government on Tuesday renewed attempts to resume its six-year-old unfinished tussle with the Centre to wrest jurisdiction of ‘services’ in Delhi and requested Supreme Court for early adjudication of the validity of Union government’s May 2015 notification taking over ‘services’, despite this being part of the State List in Constitution.
