Nirbhaya convicts on suicide watch in Tihar

The four convicts facing death in the Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case have been shifted to a single cell in Tihar to keep them on suicide watch in the anticipation that their mercy petition would be rejected. A team of jail guards and wardens has been formed to keep a watch on the four men round the clock, jail sources said.
