Will move SC for court-monitored MCD mayor polls: AAP

After the sitting of Delhi Municipal Corporation to elect a mayor proved abortive for the third time, the Aam Aadmi Party said on Monday that it would go to the Supreme Court with a demand for a court-monitored poll. Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia said, “Even two months after the MCD elections, BJP is not allowing the mayoral polls to be conducted. AAP will now seek the Supreme Court's intervention on impartial mayoral elections.”
