Engineer slits fellow inmate’s throat at de-addiction centre in Delhi

A 27-year-old chemical engineer allegedly murdered a fellow inmate at a de-addiction center in Outer Delhi by slitting his throat following an altercation over abuse. The accused, identified as Arun Joshi, was apprehended at the scene with the suspected murder weapon. The victim, Arun Kumar, was a 22-year-old from an economically weaker background undergoing rehabilitation.
